TNB：大家不用等了！我们暂停上门读取电表和派发电费单！

最近Tenaga Nasional Berhad(TNB)宣布在行动管制这段期间为了保护民众和TNB员工的安全，将暂时停止记电费和派送bill给民众，所以在这段时间里大家是不会收到电费单的，但是还是要上网还钱的~

【那电费怎样算？！】

上个月的消费量进行估算
– 行动管制这段期间的账单将根据民众上个月的消费量进行估算
– 例如，如果你在2020年2月帐单的应付金额为RM100，那么3月的帐单估计将为RM100。

Temporary Halting of Meter Reading Operations and Bill Rendering During Movement Control Order (MCO)

For the safety of our customers and employees during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, our meter reading operations and rendering of printed bills at customer premises are temporarily halted from 20 March 2020 until further notice.

1. Bills issued from 20 March onwards will be estimated based on the previous month’s consumption. For example, if the amount due for your previous month’s bill is RM100, your latest bill will be estimated to RM100.
2. Your bill will be adjusted once our meter reader takes the actual reading at your premises after the MCO period has ended (depending on the current situation).
3. During the MCO period, printed bills will not be delivered to your premises. Get a copy of your latest bill via myTNB portal at www.mytnb.com.my or myTNB mobile app which can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
