网友诉苦: 网购H&M要付高额税! Import taxes/custom duties isn’t include!

网友网上诉苦，网购H&M大概RM700多的衣服，进口税+海关关税竟然要RM128！这次真的是去了荷兰😭

要近过年了，由于今年MCO没有办法去shopping mall买过年衣。那就上网买咯！没问题的！现在什么都可以上网买。选好了付了钱！直到今天收到express公司的call说你有在家吗？你的包裹📦要送过来给你，你需要付大约rm128。70的tax和手续费。What???

我买衣服还要付百多块的tax，因为你的衣服是从荷兰寄过来的所以是要给这费用。真的很奇怪明明这家公司在马来西亚有分行为什么还要从荷兰发货过来。送货员也告诉我你不是第一个在骂很多人收到时候也在骂😫。

之后我就打去customer service问，服务员说我们有写在t&c在下面你看看。(我attached照片你们看看)多少个人会认真读？可能是我读的书少没有看清楚😭。

The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and H&M does not compensate these charges.

真心希望朋友们在买衣服的时候要看清楚T&C，因为给了钱就很难退款了。Tax不是不能给，至少在我们付款前有一个空格说明T&C给我们tick。那货到时给TAX就没那么心痛。
