这是大马国防部长希山慕丁昨天在记者会上的讲话：他受询及马来西亚潜水艇，是否参与搜救马航失联客机。他回答说不会，因为我国的潜水艇并没有搜救设备。

国防部长兼代交通部长希山慕丁，为什么还不派潜水艇参与搜救工作呢？还在等什么呢？
