第二教育部長依德里斯朱索才是解決依大師資不當調派的關鍵人物。但在過程中，教育部把負責高教事務的葉呈娟推出來，根本沒有解決問題的誠意，純為擋箭牌而已。事件雖然暫告一段落，有人也難免會歌功頌德一番，但從整個過程中所透露出來的訊息，卻不得不讓我們深思及有所警惕，絕不能就此聽之任之就算了。

今年6月18日，霹靂州蘇丹依德利斯師範大學（UPSI）中文組教育系的40名學員被調派到全寄宿中學和技職學校執教的事件見報後，就成為華社關注的焦點。事件最後以重新調派回國民型中學或國民中學，暫告一個段落，但不代表類似的事件不再重演，所以，我們必須對此好好檢討。以下提出幾點看法，以供大家參考。
