Pangkor Island Festival 2014 (PIF) is a 10-days long celebration of culture and arts. Highlights of this community-based arts festival include art installations and exhibitions, theatre, music, film screenings, concerts as well as a variety of workshops.
PIF aims to encourage interaction between fellow Pangkorians and Malaysian artists to support and enhance a livelier community environment.
Volunteers play a very important role in the life of PIF. They do not take the place of paid staff, but they contribute to the success of PIF by assisting staff, helping the visitors enjoy their day and providing excellent customer service.

藝術節除了引入島外的藝術家，也同時促進與島民的互動，讓整個邦咯島的社區活絡起來。
為此，志工将扮演舉足輕重的角色。志工貢獻所有心力，卻不計報酬造就邦咯海島節的成功與圓滿，全力協助工作團隊、讓島民及遊客享受美好的體驗及優質的服務。
