2013稽查报告

第一系列的《2013年总稽查司报告》披露，政府2012年向自愿警卫队（RELA）拨出的津贴拨款，比起2011年多出5500万令吉，主要是用来津贴自愿警卫队成员，协助政府举办官方活动。

根据稽查报告，自愿警卫队在2011年向成员支付3306万令吉的津贴，但在2012年却激增5500万令吉，至8806万令吉。

自愿警卫队的成员人数也在2012年创下纪录。隶属内政部的自愿警卫队在2011年的成员人数有290万人，在2012年则增至300万人。

稽查报告写道，政府在2012年额外拨出5500万令吉的津贴，是因为自愿警卫队参与政府主办的活动，比如青年日庆典。
