我们看一看这个数据，2008年，国阵的popular votes有50.3%，他拿了140个国会议席。民联得票率46.8%，他只拿了82席。

2013年，得票率倒转，国阵拿了47.3%的总得票率，有133个国席，民联总得票率50.8%，但是却只拿了89席。

我发现我不会算数了。。。
