原法庭审案不只是看证据，原来也看外交关系的！

爆料网站《维基泄密》揭露，负责审理澳洲储备银行子公司安保（Securency）非法佣金案的法庭发出谕令，禁止任何媒体报道这宗可能涉及数名国家领袖，包括“马来西亚任何现任和前首相”的案件审讯，以避免影响澳洲的外交关系。

《维基泄密》今日在网站泄露，这个由澳洲维多利亚州最高法院所发出，志期6月19日的禁令。这道禁令仅在澳洲有效。

这道庭令指出，“这些庭令旨在避免，出版物可能破坏那些没在此案中被控的特定人士声誉，进而破坏澳洲的国际关系。”

庭令也称，由于引起这些偏见的风险，不能通过其他方式避免，加上这种报道也可能会引起对澳洲国安的偏见，因此必须禁止媒体报道。

除了马来西亚现任与前首相，其他在禁令中受保护的大马人包括，前首相阿都拉的弟媳（禁制令称她为Puan Noni）、前财政部长达因、前国际贸易部长拉菲达和前外交部长赛哈密。
