此人就是民主行动党郭素沁前助理陳志聰，他在2012年4月26日通举报郭素沁涉及濫用一筆捐款問題，向反貪污委員會舉報。
陳志聰向傳媒指出，他在任助理期間，曾代表郭素沁往沙巴接領一筆捐款，結果其中一半的捐款卻交變成黨基金。

他披露，該筆由沙巴商家捐助的1萬令吉捐款，原本充作單親妈妈組織的基金，結果卻只有一半的捐款。

最后这个单亲妈妈慈善团体出来指责陳志聰说他是骗子，捏造故事来陷害郭素沁。

在这个影片里陈志聪指说，民联如果要废除大道收费应从槟城开始，民联应该废除槟城大桥的收费？

版主：你不明白民联在槟城只是州政府，他们的权利是无法废除任何大道收费的，要取消收费中央政府的权利，如果你不懂你就去问人；或问神啦！
