5月21號下午四點快五點一輛「黑色Camry」與「電單車的士」發生刮擦！「Cam­ry」車主瞎扯就威脅「電單車的士」！還說什麼我的車三十幾萬！你賠得起？典型的土財­主！

據了解，該事件發生於5月21日下午4時20分。

平潭警方表示，平潭綜合實驗區公安局城關派出所民警接到群眾報警後第一時間趕赴現場控­制事態發展。

在網絡上熱傳的視頻中，一青年男子電擊以及暴打另一年長男子，被打年長男子不停重複說­”對不住”，態度十分惡劣，他們均使用平潭當地話進行交流。記者觀察到，旁邊有多人圍­觀，但無人阻止並伸出援手。

經警方確認，事情源於年長男子駕駛的「電單車的士」與該年輕男子駕駛的汽車發生刮擦。­經諮詢平潭當地人後得知，視頻中該年輕男子是用當地語言威脅「電單車的士」司機，大意­是”我的車幾十萬，你賠得起？”

經過微博、論壇等新媒體的傳播，該事件迅速引發網友關注。網友們紛紛對該年輕男子進行­譴責。平潭警方亦於24日下午第一時間回應網友關切，披露部分案情。
