槟城分层地契苦等16年

槟城　“破产产业巨子”　吴春来，在 1998 年虽然开始被告上法庭，2003 年判入穷籍，但所有人都知道他是口袋满满宣布破产的，因为他所骗的钱，没有一个有呕出来到 ！

槟城 Palangi Mall, BN Court/Complex, Megamall, Midland, Majestic Height, Green View, Air Tawar, U garden, Sunny ville, E park, N Park, Midlands Condo 的买家和居民都是被他欺骗的。

他勾结槟城当时的州政府，让很多还没有合格的单位都能得到 OC，人民花了血汗钱买的房子都货不对版，然后他的公司就宣布破产了，让那些受骗的人全部欲哭无泪，只能自叹倒霉。

一些单位到了今天还得不到他们的 Strata Title , 一些拖到超过 10 年才由其他发展商完成。

而这样的无良商家，纳吉还宣布让他，　在毫无公开投标下包办 1 Malaysia 要提供给槟城人民的 9999 间可负担房子？

是因为像吴春来这样的老千，才愿意和纳吉手拉手哄骗人民吧！

Until today still can’t get the strata title ,some of the apartment waited more than 10 years Juz completed by others developer.
