（吉隆坡12日讯）中国报报导，由于马航MH370航班客机至今仍下落不明，让马航备受巨大压力，如今再有近300名机组人员及服务员辞职，这导致马航损失3000万令吉的两年培训费。

中国报引述，有消息告诉《星报在线 The Star online》，这些机组人员的辞职原因除了工作压力因素外，也包括其他航空公司乘机挖角，导致约有120名飞机技术人员、40名工程师、80名空姐和空少，以及30名飞机师，终止为马航服务。

消息指出，马航已多年没提供花红及特別福利给职员，加上人力资源缺乏，间接加重其他员工的工作量，所以这些种种因素，造成员工为公司服务的斗爭精神逐渐被消磨。
