【马航空难】—从飞机失联迄今已过将近20个小时，乘客的家属仍然得不到任何明确的消息。而马航的表现完全不及格，让全世界看到马航不负责任、骄傲散漫的丑陋面目。

马航在掌握失联航班资料方面远远比新加坡、中国、越南慢了好多拍。在面对家属焦虑的询问之下又一问三不知，也没有妥善安置搭客家属；引发了中国家属强烈不满！

馬航今日下午舉行發佈會草草收場後，家屬離開休息時情緒激動，對馬航表示憤怒，怒斥其不負責任，指他們在馬航安排的麗都酒店休息室裏面得不到任何訊息，只 發了一張聲明，上面記錄了多少人在失聯飛機上。該家屬情緒激動，怒斥：「馬航滾出中國！」

有家屬步出酒店時，非常氣憤地說，數百名家屬在馬航安排下，在一個大廳等候，他們卻得不到關於親人的任何消息。
