如何从EPF 8% 还原到EPF 11%

想要维持11% EPF的，KWSP17A（Khas 2016)表格请在以下网址下载，填好公司盖印后交上去。
注：不填的话员工的EPF自动被换成8%。

即日开始，有意保留11%缴纳率的雇员公积金局会员，可以到公积金局网站（http://www.kwsp.gov.my），点击“Borang – Borang KWSP ”（公积金局表格），下载名为KWSP 17A Khas2016的表格。

雇员在填妥资料和签名后需把表格呈交给雇主，再由雇主呈交至邻近公积金分局，以申请在今年3月到明年12月期间维持11%缴纳率。

根据公积金局，一旦雇员选择维持11%缴纳率，就不可以更改直至明年12月，除非雇员在这段期间转换新工作。

Following Prime Minister YAB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak’s revision of Budget 2016, the contribution for Employees Provident Fund (EPF or KWSP) has changed. This will take effect from March 2016 until December 2017.

However, EPF members can opt to maintain the current contribution rate of 11% by completing the KWSP 17A (Khas2016) – Notice to Contribute More Than Statutory Rate (Employee’s Share) form. This is the form you need to submit to opt for 11% instead of the new 8% contribution to your EPF.
