随着新冠肺炎在全球蔓延，如今群聚感染已成为了其中一个导因，而南韩早前爆发大量确诊病例，也是因为教会群聚感染，原以为民众会因此多加小心，没想到首尔都会区西南的京畿道城南市，又再度传出以教会为中心的46人群聚感染！
根据《联合通讯社》报导，发生感染疫情的「恩惠之江教会」是位于首尔南部地方的社区型小教堂，有传是因为该教会没有配合政府的防疫政策和禁令，竟然还在3月8日星期天的礼拜活动后，集体出现发病症状，其中还包括牧师两夫妻。
