首相纳吉表示，在发生马航MH370客机失联事件后，要拯救马航的经济困境显然是非常困难。

暗示将宣布马航破产

这家国家航空公司今年首季净亏损高达4亿4200万令吉，比去年同期的2亿7882万令吉亏损额，暴增近一倍。

他在与《华尔街日报》进行的访谈中指出，在马航常年面对亏损的情况下，宣布破产可能是其中一个让马航进行重组的方式之一。

他披露，马航是一家国家航空公司而非私人企业，而每一项议决都会带来一定的影响，特别是对员工和公众。

因此，他认为，在发生马航客机失联的事件后，政府要拯救整个陷入经济危机的国家航空公司将是非常困难。

“宣布破产可能是其中一个解决的方案，这将能协助马航进行重组。”

马航MH370事件让面对财务亏损的马航陷入窘境，其中在今年第一季的业绩报告中更是惨不忍睹。

与此同时，中国游客已经停止乘搭马航，这导致马航的业绩下挫60%。
