第13届大选：4月20日提名，5月5日投票

选委会主席阿都阿兹宣布，第13届全国大选的提名日是4月20日（周六），投票日落在5月5日（周日），竞选期为15天。

他也说，应付第13届大选的总拨款为4亿令吉。他今日中午12时30分在布城选委会总部召开新闻发布会上，这么表示。该记者会也通过电视直播，向全民广播。

本届大选的15天竞选期，比上届308大选的13天多了2天。

首相纳吉在上周三（4月3日）宣布国会解散，接着各州议会在4月5日全都陆续解散，除了砂拉越州议会。
